1,200 Blankets for City Rescue Mission of Oklahoma City

Blanket donations made possible by the Oklahoma Sooners Blanket for a Blanket and Oklahoma State Cowboys Blanket for a Blanket were received earlier this week by City Rescue Mission located in Oklahoma City, OK. In preparation for the upcoming winter, 1,200 blankets were given to help the nonprofit provide warmth to those in need.

City Rescue Mission offers multiple programs and social services to promote hope and healing for those who are homeless or near homelessness. As Oklahoma's largest homeless shelter and its largest recovery center, the Mission has helped change many lives in its community. For 55 years, the mission has served individuals and families with love and compassion.

Over 11,900 blankets have been donated to date by With a Purpose.
