Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy

All customer service is handled via orders@withapurpose.us. Please note that our goal is to respond to you within 24 hours during the week. If an inquiry is received on a Friday or during the weekend, we will attempt to respond no later than the next business day.

Exchanges
We only replace items received in defective or damaged condition within the first 30 days of purchase. If this is during the holiday season, we will of course consider a return if it is within a reasonable time of receiving the product as a gift.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@withapurpose.us and include a picture of the damaged area with your order number. We need pictures of the damaged areas in order to submit to our manufacturer for a credit and to make sure they do not happen again. Thank you for your compliance. 

Once we have received pictures of the damaged area, we will ship out a new product to the address on your order unless you make arrangements with us to send it to a different address. You will be notified once the item has shipped. 

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If this is during the holiday season, we will of course consider a return if it is within a reasonable time of receiving the product as a gift. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email orders@withapurpose.us with a request to return the item.  

Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@withapurpose.us.
